On May 29, 2015 I sent the following email asking for help from Robert Suh: "Robert, My 93 year old mother loves your 4 Card Keno. She has been playing it since we gave her an I-Pad last Christmas. Even using Casino settings she reached over $2 million while playing a penny per credit. She switched to $1 then $5 and finally $25 per credit. She has been betting 10 credits per card or 40 per game. At this $1,000 wager level she reached over $209,000,000.00 Then she hit 8 out of 9 and was expecting to see her total add $15,000,000 to get her to $224,000,000.00 Instead, the game reset her total to 1 cent. Needless to say, she was devastated. She called me asking if there is anyway to restore her lost fortune or unlock the game since, with only 1 cent, Mother cannot play your 4 Card Keno anymore. Can you recommend anything that would handle this?" End of email. Unfortunately, Robert Suh never replied to my request for help. Mother, unable to play Keno 4 Multi Card with a 1 cent balance, spent $30 to purchase a bucket of credits from Robert. She started with 1 cent per credit bets and eventually worked her way up to $21 million. Today, betting $5 per credit, she hit an 8 out of 9 but instead of winning 60,000 credits or $300,000, Keno 4 Multi Card rewarded her by emptying her balance to ZERO. The problem is: people are paying real cash for the credits that are being improperly taken from them. Based on the reviews, this "crash" has happened over and over without a response from Robert Suh. Robert Suh should respond to the many requests for help to fix the problem and find a way to reinstate players whose balances have been taken from them. I have screen photos that show the bets and balances going to zero on what should have been a jackpot. If Robert Suh still will not fix these expensive and irritating problems then I hope Apple will consider removing any applications created by Robert Suh that demonstrate these convenient errors.

While the game is very similar to the real Vegas version and plays like it, you run out of credits instantly and never win any of real consequence either in the game or in the "free gift" - where I got 5 credits in the daily gift (less than one pull) almost every time for over a year. I have deleted this app several times, this time I will not put it back on. Odd really, the authors other games are much fairer and dont waste my time. Dont do it!

A total fraud and rip off. Anyone purchasing credits to play is a fool! Any rating this game higher than one star is a liar or is a family member or friend or a paid fraud co conspirator to fraud. This game is designed to defraud you of your money. Robert Suh should be arrested or sued to recover your money.

Dont buy credits for this game! It will steal them! I had 13M in the bank and hit 8/9 playing 50K per card. As the animation was showing "Big Win" and showing the payout in big #s across the screen........I watched my 13M go backwards all the way to 0.00.

Like the title says. Use up your freebies, it wont take long. Dont waste your money on coins because this app is set tighter than any real casino I have played it in. So dont waste your money because all it is doing is making Robert rich. Its strangely funny that this get a 3 rating with all the negative reviews. Robert must have a lot of aliases to post 5 star comments. Go back to China and rip off your own people or park your Ferrari and fix ALL your games.

5 times Ive hit over 21,000,000 and instead of my account going up it zeros down to 000,000 ripped off I was told to update the new version. Which I did dont ever go over 21 million you will lose it all the second you hit. He does fix it nor does apple. Total scam he takes real money into credits and steals your wins. Apple contributes to helping the thief.

Its not bad but 4hours before you can get more credits is kinda long but all said I enjoy playing

Unfortunately you lost a star. I still love the game but, for the second time i lost my money. This time I had 23million. So sad :(

When credits reach zero should reset to 100 immediately.

I agree when it hits zero 100 credits should be credited to the account.

I love this game, its just like the casino version except you have ads way too often, credits are way too much, and the free credits are a joke. Love the game but not worth paying that much for credits and get nothing in return

Fun game but no credits. Its free so im not buying any and waiting for 4 hours to "win" those 5 or 10 free credits is just wrong.

Great game, just like the real thing....the gift credits are a joke....increase them....it would be nicer if it payed a little more, considering its an app and not a real Vegas machine

Fun game but IMPOSSIBLE to win. 100 credits is way too low to start with. Gifts are just insulting (5 or 25 EVERY time) Too bad...delete

Prizes to low nothing compared to playing real Leno Ive never seen two grand turn into nothing on same numbers for that long
